Following on from the flock’s success at the Premier Sale, Maidstone, we’ve also sold a brace of ram lambs privately from home in recent days.
First to sell was Chaileybrook 14/0040, a son of TC4028 out of our legendary ewe Chaileybrook 05/0002. This one is a maternal brother to the £2500 breed record holder and is a full brother to Chaileybrook 08/0014, reserve breed champion at South of England 2009. He’s from the same family as Chaileybrook 09/0007, interbreed champion at South of England and Edenbridge shows in 2010.
He sold to join his maternal brother when joining Nigel Barrington-Fuller’s Essex based flock.
The other ram lamb to sell was Chaileybrook 14/0007, a son of TC10187 out of Chaileybrook 10/0031, a TC4028 daughter and full sister to Chaileybrook 09/0007, interbreed champion at South of England and Edenbridge shows 2010. He sold locally to Peter Fry, Stelling Minnis.
